Private-beta terms
Simple terms for using Aymro.
These terms set expectations for learners using the Aymro private-beta revision service.
Who may use Aymro
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or learner profile. Keep your sign-in details private, use an email address you are allowed to use and tell Aymro promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Use the service fairly
Use Aymro for lawful personal study. Do not try to break security, disrupt the service, access another person’s account, scrape the service at scale, upload harmful material or use the product to harm or mislead other people. Access may be limited or removed where misuse threatens learners, data or the service.
Revision support, not a result guarantee
Aymro is an educational revision tool. It cannot promise a particular grade, mark or examination outcome. Examination questions and live mark schemes vary, and level-of-response answers remain subject to question context and examiner judgement.
The curriculum and cards are checked carefully, but mistakes can still be reported. Use the Contact page to identify the card reference, explain the concern and provide evidence where possible.
Private-beta availability
During beta, features may change, be unavailable or require maintenance. Aymro will aim to protect saved progress, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised. Important changes will be explained clearly where practical.
Content and intellectual property
Aymro’s original software, presentation, branding and learning content may not be republished, sold or copied at scale without permission. You keep rights in information you provide. Limited technical processing of that information is needed to operate your account and revision service.
Aymro is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by AQA. AQA names and qualification references are used only to identify the curriculum the service supports; relevant trademarks belong to their owners.
Changes and contact
The service and these terms may be updated as the beta develops. Material changes should be presented clearly before they take effect. No final governing-law clause is asserted in this draft because operator and specialist-review details are not yet complete.
Questions can be sent through the public Contact page. Mailbox monitoring and specialist legal review remain external pre-beta requirements.
